This balm started as something we made for our own hands after long days packing orders in the workshop. Cold-pressed sweet almond oil and coconut oil form the base, warmed gently and blended with calendula and lavender flower extracts rather than a synthetic fragrance. The texture is thick enough to sit on the skin for a while, which matters more for hands than most other places, since they are washed and dried more often than anywhere else on the body. We kept the jar wide rather than a narrow tube, so a fingertip can scoop what is needed without waste. It works equally well on elbows, knees or any patch of skin that tends to feel drier than the rest, without needing a separate product for each area. The jar itself is amber glass, chosen because it holds up to repeated opening and closing far better than plastic, and it can be reused or recycled once the balm is finished.
