From the moment you place an order with Marlowe & Sage to the day it arrives, there are four clear steps.
Choose
Each product page sets out its contents, quantity and place within a daily routine. Compare formulas, review customer feedback and add your selection to the cart.
Order
Payment is made by cash on delivery or bank transfer. A confirmation email with your order number follows immediately.
Dispatch
Orders placed before the daily cut-off are packed and dispatched the same business day, handed to an insured courier with a tracking number.
Use and return
Follow the routine described on the label. Should you change your mind, the item may be returned within 30 days under the conditions set out on our Returns page.
The standards we keep
Whole Plant Extracts, No Fillers
Our formulas start with cold-pressed oils and flower extracts rather than water-diluted bases, so each jar carries a genuinely higher concentration of active plant material.
Small-Batch Cold Extraction
We extract at low temperatures to protect the natural compounds in each ingredient, rather than using heat-heavy mass processing that strips fragrance and texture.
Checked Before It Leaves Our Hands
Every finished batch is opened, smelled and visually checked against our reference sample before it is sealed for dispatch, catching anything that is off before it reaches you.
Dispatched Straight From Our Workshop
Orders leave directly from our own premises in padded, recyclable packaging with a tracking number, so your parcel is never handled by a third-party reseller.
Common questions
How do I know which product suits my skin?
Each product page lists its full ingredient set and the skin types it tends to suit best. If you are still unsure, write to our team with a short description of your skin and we will suggest an option honestly, including telling you if we think a product is not right for you.
When does my order leave your workshop?
Orders placed on a business day before 13:30 are prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, or over the weekend, go out on the next working day. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has left us.
What if I want to return an item?
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our team with your order details and we will confirm the return address and next steps.
