   How do I know which product suits my skin?

   Each product page lists its full ingredient set and the skin types it tends to suit best. If you are still unsure, write to our team with a short description of your skin and we will suggest an option honestly, including telling you if we think a product is not right for you.

   When does my order leave your workshop?

   Orders placed on a business day before 13:30 are prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, or over the weekend, go out on the next working day. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has left us.

   What if I want to return an item?

   You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our team with your order details and we will confirm the return address and next steps.

   Are your products made in-house or bought in bulk from elsewhere?

   We formulate and package everything ourselves in small batches, working directly with growers and suppliers for our raw ingredients. We do not buy in ready-made bulk product and relabel it, which is why we can list every ingredient honestly on the pack.
